My Pantry

My first grocery trip after eliminating sugar, artificial sweeteners, refined flours, hydrogenated oils, preservatives, etc. from my diet lasted for hours! I had no idea that what I was eating was so harmful to my body. Below is an A-to-Z list of products that I have found over the years that are compliant with the MSCD, and beyond that - delicious. Obviously there is more in my pantry than what is listed below, so check back periodically for updates.
